Dear Sir:
Subjec t: Additional Information Requested in Respense to Reference (c).
Reference (b) requested additional infer =aticn en itecs 5, 6, 7 and 8 of our response (Reference (d)) to I & E Sulletin 79-19 No time limit was specified fer response to Reference (b). This letter is submitted to provide this additional information.
Itece 5 and 6 of Reference (c) requested that training be given in the DOT and NRC regulatory requirements, the waste burial license requirements, and in your instructions and operating procedures for all personnel involved in the transier, packaging and transport of radioactive material. Records of this training were also to be maintained for further inspecticn by NRC Personnel.
This training was given to appropriate personnel by January 1, 1980, as stated in Reference (d) and the records of this training are being maintained.
The Training Program is being revised to insure that the retraining committed to in Reference (d) will be provided.

4 thin 60 days of the bulletin.
An audit was performed en October 11, 1979, in accordance with References (c) and (d).
It was noted by the auditors that training had not yet been performed as required by Reference (c), and that the training would be reviewed on a future inspecticn.
As stated above, the training has been performed. The audit reports have been received and are available for inspection as required by Reference (c).
