This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. L. Reynolds of this
office on July 28-30,'1975 at Yankee Rowa, Rowe, Massachusetts of
activities. authorized by NRC License No. DPR-3 and to the discussions of
our findings held -by Mr. L. Reynolds with Mr. Autio and other members of -
your .taff at the conclusion of the inspection.

Areas examined during this inspection are described in the Office of

Inspection and Enforcement Inspection-Report which is enclosed with this
letter. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, measurements made by the inspector, and observations by the
inspector.
Our inspector also verified the steps you have taken to correct the
items of. noncompliance brought to your attention in a letter dated April
1, 197,5.'
We have.no further questions regarding your action at this
time.
Within the scope of this inspection, no items of noncompliance vere
observed.
Other Items of Noncomp'.1ance-identified through your internal' management
system for which corrective action was-initiated were reviewed by the
inspector and are described in the attached inspection report. No
additional information is needed for these items at this time,
