This refers to your request dated April 21, 1964, for AEC authoriza-tion of Proposed Change No. 52 in the Technical Specifications of Facility License No. DPR-3 pursuant to the provisions of Section F
50.59, 10 CFR 50.
The proposed change would authorize removal of the gas stripper in the waste disposal system and provide a pipe connec-L tion between the distillate acetmulator vent and the stripper conden-

We have reviewed the Proposed Change and have fcund that it does not-present significant hazards cor.siderations not descrioed or icplicit in the hazards summary report, and that there is reasonabic assurance that the health and safety of the public will not be endangered.
A copy of our related hazards analysis is enclosed.
In view of the forcoing, thange No. 52 is hereby authorized as proposed pursuant to Section 50.59, 10 CFR 50.
