Letter LES-19-160-NRC, Bi-monthly and Annual Special Nuclear Material (SNM) and Source Material (SM) Physical Inventory Report, dated November 14, 2019 In the Reference letter, Louisiana Energy Services, LLC, dba URENco* USA (UUSA), submitted
. NRC Fam, 327s for the bi-monthly period July 24, 2019 through September 18, 2019, and for the. annual.period January 16, 2019 through September 18, 2019.
UUSA has discovered that a material transaction within the i_nventory period.was omitted from the Reference Physical Inventory report in error. This error has since been corrected and entered into the UUSA corrective action program (EV 135143). Therefore, UUSA herewith submits a revised version of the Physical Inventory Reports which include the previously missing transaction. The infom,ation in Enclosures 1 & 2 is intended to replace the original submittal in the* Reference letter.
The enclosures contain infom,ation concerning UUSA's material cqntrol and accounting prograrll for special nuclear material. As such, UUSA requests that the enclosures be with~eld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.~90(d)(1 ).
