This meeting is being held to discuss the impact of the Nine Mile Point Unit 2 loss of uninterrruptable power supply event on the need for control rod position indication. The BWR Owners Group will discuss the following:
1.
Impact of the Nine Mile Point Unit 2 loss of uninterruptable power supply event on the post accident needs for control rod position indication.
2.
Concerns on Rod Position Indication System as a result of the Nine Mile Point Unit 2 event.
3.
Agreement on future BWROG/NRC staff interactions.
