SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 2 - INCORRECI INSULATICN WEIGHT USED IN PIPING ANALYSIS - NCR SCN CES 8008 - FOURTH INTERIM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially neported to NRC-0IE Inspector C. R. McFarland on April 24, 1980, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e).
Interim reports were submitted on May 23, and October 16, 1980, and January 9, 1981.
TVA is continuing to review the as-constructed insulation drawings against the con:pleted analyses to determine if any reanalysis is required. We expect to submit our final report by April 8,1981.
