The actions that have been, er will be, taken to verify that all other Seuth Texas Project Manuals, such as the STP Engineering Manual, @ not contain precedures with ncn-unique icentificaricn.

The management actions to provide assurance that absolete or mis-identified QA precedures are not inadvertantly used or acclied prior to the correction of this deviation, i.e. April 30, 1981.

Describe your measures that will preclude recurrence of this pro-blem.
