This letter refers to the routine safeguards inspection of your activities authorized under iiRC License ao. Stim-1227 conducted by Messrs. B. Brock, A. Wieder ano G. tielson of tnis office on January 12-15, 1981.
It also refers to tna discussions of their inspection findings with G. R. Kiel, D. Corr. ell and other staff memoers on January 15, 1981.
The inspection includeo examinetion of activicies related to your program for the contesi and accounting of special nuclear material in accordance witn applicable requirer.ents of Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, "Comestic Licensing of Special fluclear Material", and pertinent license conditions as described in the enclosed inspection report.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and records, interviews with facility personnel and observations by the inspectors.
Within the scope of this inspection, no items of noncompliance were observed.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the tiRC's " Rules of Practice,"
Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of the findings of your safeguards and security measures are exempt from public disclosure; therefore, the insoection report will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
