Gentlemen:
By your application dated September 15, 1980, it was requested that the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) review Technical Specifications (TS) changes for several areas of the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (Units 2 and 3) TS.
This application was filed in response to ONRR's letter dated July 2,1980, relating to TMI-2 Lessons Learned Category "A" items, and was accompanied by fees totalling $4,400 (Classes III and I) pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22.
On October 28, 1980, the ONRR staff issued Amendment Nos. 74 and 73 to Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56,respectively, in response. to your September 15 application.
Based on information provided to us by the ONRR staff as a result of a final review of your application, it has been determined that the review involved consideration of several safety issues.
On this basis, Classes IV ($12,300) and I ($400) fees are applicable for the subject application.
It is requested that your Company remit an additional sum of $8,300 to this office.
