Pursuant to your request of November 25, 1980, the stickers have been attached to the following Emergency Notification System Red Phone Handpieces:
Spencer Stevens, Plant Manager Shift Supervisor's Office Control Room Emergency Control Center The phone in the Resident NRC's office has not been installed as of this date.
The sticker will be attached when the phone is installed.
The alternate Emergency Control Center at North Omaha will also receive their sticker in the near future.
