3[e vy* i Dear Mr. Yaeger This is in reoly to your letter dated January 12, 1081. Your letter requested that the 80-81 Licensed Operator Recualification Program be extended one rrnth due to unforeseen circurnstances.
A review of the information contained in our files indicates that on Jaruary 26, 1976, you requested that the requalification year be chanPed frCm January -
Decenkr to April 1, - March 31. We approved this recuest. Since that time vou have recuested mi.=Alons in the 78 - 70 and 79 - 80 year. Hence, this recuest is tM third consecutive year that you apparently will be unable to cceplete the program.
'r'e believe that the continuous inability to cerolete the requali'ication program in a timely fashion indicates a pocr rnnasterent attitude regardi:s; the necessity to raaintain well trained and highly empetent operators and senier operators.
Based m the inforretion contained in your letter, we are unable to approve your recuest for an extension of the 80 41 crogram. Individuals who do not cor elete the proeran by Farch 31, 1981 will be orchibited "ren A ine licensed duties until the program is camnleted.
