Dear Mr. Keppler:
In response to your letter (Reference 1), this is to advise that we do not presently use or plan to use Target Rock or other pneu-matic operated safety valves at the LACBWR facility.
Approximately 4 manhours of time was necessary for review and response of this Bulletin and to determine that the Bulletin does not apply to LACBWR.
