APPENDIX A NOTICE OF DEVIATION Northern States Power Company License No. DPR-42 DPR-60 Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted during the period of October 1 - November 30, 1900, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in conformance with your commitments to the Commission as indicated below.
Your response to IE Bulletin No. 80-12, dated June 6, 1980, commits that changes to procedures will be incorporated by August 1, 1980.
Contrary to the above, the changes to impose initial conditions on main-tenance procedures had not been incorporated on November 4, 1980.
