Revised Licensed Operator Requalification Program
Dear Mr. Collins:
The attached revision of the Fort St. Vrain, Unit No.1, Licensed Operator Requalification Program dated December 23, 1980, is hereby submitted for your approval.
The major revisions contained are sunrized in Attachment 1.
This revision incorporates the addditional TMI requirements of NUREG 0660 and clarification of NUREG 0737. As of January 1,1981, this program is in effect for our Licensed Operator Training.
Any questions about its content should be referred to Mr. Ray Wadas, Training Supervisor, telephone (303) 785-2223, extension 327 Since these changes to the requalifica+, ion program are essentially due to NUREG 0737 requirements, n believe they are exempt from fee submittal required by 10CFR.70.
