We have received a copy of your November 26, 1980 application which your Company filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review. The application is for an extension of the completion date set forth in Construction Permit No. CPPR-95 for the Shoreham Nuclear Power Station.
Section 170.12(c) requires that companies provide a proposeo determination of the amendment class, state the basis therefor, and submit the fee with the application for the amendment.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as a rescit of the pre-liminary review of your application, it has been determined that this application involves consideration of an administrative issue. As such, a Class II fee of $1,200 is required and should be remitted to this office promptly.
If the final evaluation of your application by the ONRR staff reflects that this fee is incorrect, an adjustment will be made.
