ORDER January 13, 1981 Oral argument on the appeal of intervenors Mary Apperson -
Davis end the Yadkin River Committee from the February 22, 1980 partial initial decision of the Licensing Board in this construction permit proceeding will be heard at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, Februarv 18, 1981 in the NRC Public Hearing Room, Fif th Floor, East-West Towers Building, 4350 East-West Highway, Bethesda, Marvland.
Each side will have one hour for the presentation of its argument.
If they so desire, the appellants may reserve a reasonable portion of their time for rebuttal.
