As discussed with Mr. B. Man 111 of your Staff on December 15,i1980 please Eind attached Revision 1 to the McGuire Nuclear Station Safeguards!Conting'ency Plan.
Note that this revision updates the McGuire Safeguards Continiency Plin to address NRC comments received on the Oconee Nuclur Station docket and was issued internal to Duke Power Company on October 3, 1980.
Due to the generic nature of j
the McGuire and Oconee Safeguards Contingency Plans, it is felt that this revision l
should resolve all outstanding NRC comments on the McGuire Plan.
l Since this information concerns the security provisions implemented at McGuire l
i Nuclear Station, the information should be withheld from public disclosure l
pursuant to 10CFR 2.790.
