1 REACTOR BUILDING DOME CONCRETE CALLAWAY PLANT So- m On Friday, December 5, 1980 we provided Mr. H. M. Wescott and W. A. Hansen verbal notification of'a potential 10CFR50.55 (e) report regarding concrete deficiencies discovered near the surface of the Reactor Building Dome. The discrepancies apparently resulted from improperly consolidated concrete which was placed during the final pour of the dome.

Present indications'are that the deficiencies are not significant, however, further evaluation will be perforned by Bechtel Power Corporation to substantiace this. A final evaluation '

of this matter is expected to be completed by April 1,1981.
