The following information is being submitted in accordance with your request of 12/5/80.
1.
We currentl. anticipate filing an application for an Operating License in 1981. The application is in the final stages of review prior to submittal.
2.
The scheduled fuel load date for Seabrook Unit 1 is 1/1/83 This date may slip as we have been in a construction slowdown since March of 1980 due to regulatory delays associated with transferring ownership of portions of the Seabrook Station. However we still anticipate fuel loading in 1983 3
Construction of Unit 2 is essentially stopped. Unit 2 schedule cannot be re-established until Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities approves financing for the Massachusetts municipal participants. We will notify you of the Unit 2 schedule subsequent to the Massachusetts DPU decision.
