l "Om y NA Page 2 of 2 Poges U.S. NLCLEAR RFGULATOR) COMMISSION EXPORT LICENSE Conditions License Number XMAT0157 Condition 1 - Licensee shcIl file with the Customs Officer or the Postmaster two copies, in addi-tien to those otherwise required, of the Shipper's Export Declaration covering each export and mark one of such copies for transmittal to the U.S. Nuclear Regu.
lotory Commission, Washington D.C. 20555. The following dec!cration should ac-company or be placed on the Shipper s Export Decicrotions for such experts:
"This shipment is being made pursucnt to specific license number (specific license number) filed at (location of Customs c.,ffice where license is filed),
on (date license was filed). This license expires on (expiration date of license), and the unshipped balance remaining on this license is sufficient to cover the shipment descnbed on this dec!cration.
Condition 2 - Exports cuthorized in any country cr destinction, except Country Groups O. S, W, X, Y, and Z in Port 370 Supplement No.1. of the Comprehensive Export Schedule of the U.S. Ceperiment of Commerce.
Condition 3 - This license covers only the nuclear content of the matenal.
Condition 4 - The material to be exported under this license shcIl be sh:pped in cccordcnce with the physical protecticn recuirements for specici nuc!ect material in 10 CFR 73.
Condition 5 - Special nuclear metencl authonzed for export under this I cense shcil not be transported curside the United States in passenger carrying circraft in shipments exceeding (1) 20 grcms or 20 curies. whichever is less, of plutenium or uranium 233, or (2) 350 grams of arenium 235.
Condition 6 This licen:e authorizes export only and does not cuthorize the rece pt, phys col possession, or use of the nuclect matencl.
Condition 7 - The !icensee shcIl complete and submit on NRC Form 741 for each shipment of source mater ci exported under this license.
Condition 8 - The licensee shcIl advise the NRC in the event there is any change in the designc-tion of the company who will packcge the nuc!ecr matenal to be exported under this license, or any change in the lecction of the pcckaging operation, at lecst three weeks pnor to the scheduled date of export.
