REVIEW OF D GATIONS OF AUTHORITY A ER DOCUMENTATI0 The transfer of functions and reporting requirements called for by Reorganization Plan No.1 of 1980 will bring about changes in current delegations of authority of most organizational components of the NRC s taff. There will also be a number of internal procedures and documents which will be rendered inaccurate by the transfer of functions and.
