You asked for a summary report covering the status of NRC actions which implement Reorganization Plan No.1 of 1980.
All implementing actions identified in Section IV of the Secretary's Report of August 1980 have been taken or commenced.
Specifically, the following actions have been taken, according to the terms of the attached, referenced documents:
1.
delegation of authority to the EDO as required by section 2(b) of the Plan ( Attachment A and Immediate Action IV.1 of the Secretary's Report).

emergency procedures and notification according to

section 3 of the Plan ( Attachment B and Immediate Action IV.2 of the Secretary's Report).

delegation of authority to the heads of Commission-level offices, adjudicatory boards, and the ACRS as required by section 1(b)(4) of the Plan ( Attachment C and Other Action IV.1 of the Secretary's Report).
