NRC ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP DATA The following information regarding NRC's advisory committees is provided as part of the NRC's fourth installment (response to Question 9, " Personnel"). This material contains the names of all NRC advisory committees, their memberships, terms of appointments, and appointments that have been made or are anticipated between November 4, 1980 and January 21, 1981:

Advisory Comittee on Reactor Safeguards Membership and term-expiration data is contained in Enclosures 1 and la respectively.

In accordance with Section 29 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, the term of each ACRS member is four years.

Dr. Dade Moeller was reappointed by the Comission to an addi:ional term of four years on November 26, 1980.

All other appointments were lade prior to November 4, 1980.

No additional appointments are anticipated prior to January 21, 1981.

Advisory Committee on the Medical Uses of Isotopes Membership data is attached as Enclosure 2.

Members generally serve for terms of five years.

There have not been, nor are there anticipated to be, any appointments or reappointments between November 4, 1980 and January 21, 1981.

Screening Committee for Technical Vacancies en the Licensing Board Panel Membership and term-expiration data is contained in Enclosure 3.

As noted therein, one tenn, that of the NRC technical staff member (NRR), is scheduled to expire on December 31, 1980.

Screenino Committee for Lawyer Vacancies on the Licensino Board Panel Membership and term-expiration data is contained in Enclosure 4.

As noted therein, one term, that of the NRC/ ELD member, is scheduled to expire on December 31, 1980.
