Enclosed are 30 copies of the Pacific Gas and Electric Company
" Corporate Emergency Response Plan." This plan is Appendix 1 to the "Diablo Canyon Power Plant Units 1 and 2 Emergency Plan,"
Revision 2, submitted February 26, 1980.
One copy of the Corporate Emergency Response Plan is being delivered by courier to Mr. Fred Allenspach for his immediate review. The copies for the service list will be mailed either today or Monday, March 24, 1980.
On March 19, 1980, the Board of Directors elected James 0. Schuyler, presently Nuclear Projects Engineer, to be Vice President - Nuclear Power Generation, effective April 1, 1980. Reporting to him will be, among others, the newly created Department of Nuclear Plant Operations. Pecause they occurred so recently, these changes are not yet reflec cd in the plan, but they will be detailed in the near future in subsequent Can revisions.
