Gentlemen:
We have received copies of certain applications which the Authority has filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review.
The applications are for various Technical Specification changes for your Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant.
The ONRR staff has completed their preliminary and/or final fee determinations on these applications as required by 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.22.
Enclosed is a list of the applications, fees paid, fees due and basis for each fee determination.
The total amount due is $18,400.
It is requested that this amount be remitted to our office.
In those cases Snere final reviews have not been completed by the ONRR staff, if the final fee determinations reveal that any of these fees are incorrect, appropriate adjustments will be made.
