In the referenced correspondence, Public Service Company of Colorado sub-mitted a request for an exemption from performance of a Surveillance Test for the Steam Pipe Rupture System as listed under Items 1 and 2, Table 5.4-2 of SR 5.4.1 of the Fort St. Vrain Technical Specifications.
In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR170, we believe that the request is amendment Fee Class III since it involves a single saf ety issue.
A check in the amount of $4,000 for - the fee payment is enclosed.
