The Commission's Office of the Controller has been authorized to refund the Class II ($1,200) and Class I ($400) license amendment fees for Hatch 1 and Hatch 2 which were sent with your application dated October 3, 1980 amending the Security Plan for the facilities. The refund will be sent to you within approximately two weeks.
The above refund has been authorized because the Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) review staff has advised us that the change is pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p) and does not require prior NRR approval.
