Dear Mr. Abel:
On August 8, 1980, we transmitted to you Amendment Nos. 55 and 52 to Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-39 and DPR-48 for the Zion Station, Unit Nos.1 and 2 which referenced an incorrect date.
Through administrative error an incorrect Co'mmonwealth Edison Company application date of October 26, 1979 was used through this amendment.
The correct date should be October 1,1979. Please correct your copy of the amendment to reflect this correction.
We would like to point out that the referenced NRC letter of October 26, 1979 is a correct date.
A copy of the corrected Notice of Issuance is enclosed.
