We have received a copy of your Technical Specification Change Request No. 94 dated July 29, 1980, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review.
The application proposed a change relating to the Steam Generator Tube Inspection Program for Three Mile Island 1, and was accompanied by a Class II ($1,200) amendmelit fee because your Company deter-mined that the change was administrative in nature.
j Based on information that has been provided by the ONRR staff, it has been determined that your application involves consideration of a safety issue.
Therefore, a Class III fee of $4,000 is applicable.
It is requested that your Company remit an additional $2,800 to this office.
If the final review of your application by the ONRR staff reflects that this fee is incorrect, an adjustment will be made.
