1 6.11 RADIATICH PROTECTION PROGRA" Precedures for persennel radiatien protection shall be prepared censistent with the recuireen:s cf 10 CFR Part 20 and shall be a;creved, =aintained and adhered := for all operations involving personnel radiation exposure.

HIGH RADIATION AREA 6.12 6.12.1. In lieu of the 'c ntrol device" or "alam signal" required by paragraph 20.203(c)(2) cf 10 CFR.20, each high radiation area in which the intensity of radiation is greater than 100 mrs/hr but less than 1000 = rem /hr shall be barricaded and censpicucusly posted as a high radiation area and entrance thereto shall be controlled by requiring issuance of a Radiatien Work Fermit'.

Any individual ce group of individuals per.nitted to enter such areas shall be provided with or

A radiation monitoring device which continucusly indicates the a.
