Abnomal degradation of systems other than those specified in item a.3. above designed to contain radioactive material resulting from the fisstun process.
Note: Sealed sources or calibration sources are not included under this item. Leakage of valve packing or gaskets within the limit for identified leakage set forth in the Technical Specifications need not be reported under this item.
7.5.3 Environmental Qualification A.
By ne later than June 30, 1982, all safety-related electrical equipment in the facility shall be qualified in accordance with the provisions of: Division of Operating Reactors " Guide-lines for Evaluating Environmental Qualification of Class IE Electrical Equipment in Operating Reactors" (DOR Guidelines; or, NUREG-0588 " Interim Staff Position on Environmental Quali.fication of Safety-Related Electrical Equipment", December 1979, to the extent applicable to a gas cooled reactor. Copies of these documents are attached to Order for Modification of License No. DPR-34 dated October 27, 1980.

By no later than December 1,1980, complete and auditible records must be available and maintained at a central location which describe the enviromental qual'ification method used for Order dated 10/27/80 Amendment No. 16 8o,.1110

Thereafter, such records should be updated and maintained :urrent as equipment is replaced, further tested, or otherwise further qualified.
