O ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROLS 6.10 RECORD RETENTION In addition to the applicable record retention requirements of Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, the following records shall be retained for at least the minimum period indicated.
6.10.1 The following records shall be retained for at least five years:
a.
Records and logs of unit operation covering time interval at I
each power level.
b.
Records and logs of principal maintenance activities, inspections, repair and replacement of principal items of equipment related to nuclear safety.
c.
ALL REPORTABLE OCCURRENCES submitted to the Comission, d.
Records of surveillance activities, inspections and calibrations required by these Technical Specifications.
e.
Records of c.hanges made to the procedures required by Specifica-tion 6.8.1.
f.
Records of radioactive shipments.
g.
Records of sealed source and fission detector leak tests I
and results.
h.
Records of annual physical inventory of all sealed source material of record.

ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROLS 6.12.2 By no later than December 1,1980, co;.'lete and auditable records must be available and maintained at a central location which describe the environmental qualification method used for all safety-related electrical equipment in sufficient detail to document the degree of compliance with the D0R Guidelines or NUREG-0588.
Thereafter, such records should be updated and maintained current as equipment is replaced, further tested.
or otherwise further qualified.
