Summary of Changes Made in Accordance with 10 CFR 50.59(b) 1.

Modification to remove safety features initiation signal from RCP scal-injection valve (SFV-23616) to prevent damage to RCP's which would result from tene.ination of seal injection as a result of tr!poing all 4 RCP's upon a safety features initiation signal.

Moved the starting of diesel-generator supply and exhaust fans from block 2 to block 3 in the Nuclear Service bus loading scheme to prevent the voltage at the terminals of motors (on buses 3A and 3B) f rom dropping below 345 volts during block 2 loading.

Changed setpoints of relays 427FA and 427FB to 3,744 volts and setpoint of relay 459 to 4,576 volts to ensure safe operation of safety equipment at the minimum and/or moximum expected bus voltages.

CYCLE 4 POIER DISTRIBUTION COMPARISON In the District's letter to Mr. Robert W. Reid, dated February 27, 1980, Rancho Seco committed to perform Power Distribution Comparisons reload core utilizing through Cycle 4 as a result of this being the first Lumped Burnable Poisons.

tlc next data is to be taken at near 150 EFFD, which is anticipated to occur in November, 1980.
