AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. B-10 AMENDMENT NO. 4 Effective at 12:01 A.M., July 1, 1965,. Indemnity Agreement No. B-10 between Comonwealth Edison Company and the Atomic Energy Commission dated December 14, 1961, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting Item 4 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement in its entirety and substituting the following therefor:
Item 4 - Location That part of Section Twenty-five (25) lying Southerly of the Illinois River and Westerly of the Kankakee River; also, that part of the South Eight Hundred (800) feet of the East Five Hundred (500) feet of Section Twenty-six (26); also, that part of the Sorth Five Hundred (500) feet of the East r
