We have reviewed your Physical Security Plan for the Dresde Section submitted as a proprietary attachr.ent to your letter of May, 1974.
We find that the Plan complies with the requirenants of 10 CFR 50.34(c),
conforms to Regulatory Gelde 1.17 dated June 1973, and is acceptable.
'Iha 1=pler=ntation schedule and alternate provisions discussed in your May 6,1974 submittal are also acceptable.
Your letter dated May 6,1974, requested withholding of the enclosed Physical Security Plan from public disclosure as proprietary infor-nation pursuant to Section 2.790(d) of 10 CFR Part 2.
After reviewing your plan, we have determined that it does contain information of a type specified in Section 2.790(d).
In addition, we find that the

information under item 1 of ;,our letter falls within this category.
Accordingly, your plan and the information under item 1 of the letter

are deered to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR Part 9, Section 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of Section 9.10 of Part 9.
