Descriotion of Condition A reanalysis of some intermediate pie as'ak' locations performed'in 1979' by EDS Nuclear resulted in a shifting of ' reak locations on the following lines:.(1) Safety Injection (SI). Cold Leg Injection Loop 4; (2) Residual-Heat Removal!(hER) Hot Leg Recirculation Line; and (3) Resistance Temperature Device (RTD)~ Line Lcop 2.
EDS did not revise the brer:

of the break location changes. As a result, the location of pipe. break restraints - for these lines may be deficient.-
Corrective Action' The SI and RTD lines have been reevaluated and 'no unacceptable interactions were found. TVA is presently conducting an evaluation'of the possible con-sequences of the postulated breaks for the RHR system.
