Peck from the Region III Office, Direc-torate of Regulatory Operations, on November 1,1972, of the safeguards control provided by your company over the special nuclear matcrial possessed by the Dresden Nuclenr Power Statica Unit I pursuant to AEC Licensos DPPc2 and SIGI-225. This also refers to the discussions of our findings held by Mr. Peck with Mr. W. P. Worden, J. Diederich, and J. Bowers after the inspec-tion.

noted with the conditions of the safeguards requirements of Title 10, Code of Pederal Regulations, Part 70, "Special Nu-clear !!aterial."
