Effective February 1,1969, Indemnity Agreement No. B-10, between g_
Commonwealth Edison Company and the Atomic Energy Co:nmission, dated December 14,1961, as

amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
Article II, Paragraph 8(a) is amended by dele *.ing the amount "$57,350,000" wherever it appears and substituting therefor the amount "$63,550,000."
a Article II, Paragraph 8(b) is amended by deleting the if amount "$16,650,000" wherever it appears and substituting therefo'- the amount "$18,450,000."
Article II, Paragraph S(c) is amended by deleting the amount "$74,000,000" wherever it appears and substituting
