enrnnnwealth Edison Company has requested, by letter dated August 5,1963, authorization to load up to 200 Type III fuel assemblies into the core of the Dresden reactor at its forthcoming refueling.
This request, designated Proposed Change No. 4, was considered pursuant to the provisions of Section 50.59, 10 CFR 50 On the basis of the informa-tion submitted in support thereof, it was concluded that Change No. 4 does not present significant hazards considerations not described or implicit in the hazards sumanary report and that there is reasonable assursace that the health and safety of the public will not be endangered. A related hazards analysis is attached.
In view of the foregoing, the technical specifications to License No.
DPR-2 are hereby amended as set forth below.

Section B.2, page 1, in its entirety, as follows:

- 2. Section B.3, page 2, second paragraph, as follows:
The cinimum fuel pellet density averaged over a fuel segment is 94% of theoretical for all fuel assemblies except PF-8 anc' PF-9 which have fuel densities 907. of theoretical.
