'S Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Commonwealth Edison Docket No. 50-10 Company Docket No. 50-237 Docket No. 50-249 Based on the inspection conducted on January 24-27 and February 2 and 23-24, 1978, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncompliance with NRC requirements, as noted below. The items are infractions.
1.
Contrary to Technical Specification 4.8.A.1, the D-1 chimney gaseous monitor was not adequately calibrated during the last three quarters of 1977.
2.
Contrary to Technical Specification 4.8.A.1, the D-2/3 reactor building ventilation stack gaseous monitor was not adequately calibrated during 1977.
