Thank your for your letter dated June 1, 1976, informing
us of the stops you have taken to correct the nonccepliance
identified in our letter dated April 28, 1976. We will
examine your corrective action during a future incpection.
With regards to Infractica No. 1, it is our position that
the work accomplished under work request No. 2522 was cafety
related and the interlocks should have been tested ao required
by Technical Specifications 4.10.A.
During the exit intervice
on April 13, 1976, station canagement also indicated that the
-
interlocks should have been tested, in opposition to the
comments in your letter of June 1, 1976.
