'50-249 Based on the inspection conducted on August 24-26, 30 and 31, 1977, it appears that certain of your activities were in non-compliance with NRC requirements, as noted below. This item is a deficiency.
Contrary to Technical Specification 6.5.B.11, attendance records to mandatory lectures for two employees did not exist for lectures on February 10, 1977 and December 28, 1976.
