Tne Atocic Energy Cornission has issued Provisional Construction Permit No. CPPR-51 to Florida Power Corporation for the construc-tion of a pressurized water nuclear reactor designated as the Crystal River Unit.3 Nuclear Generating Plant on the company's site.on the Gulf of. lierico, about seven and one-half rlles. north-vest of the tom of Crystal River, Citrus County, Florida.
