Re: Docket 50-302

Dear Mr. Karas:

Reference is made to our conversation of today regarding correspondence between the Division of Reactor Licensing and the Florida Power Corporation. This is to confirm that after the application for a construction pennit made:by Florida Power Corporation essentinlly the first paper filed in Docket 50-302 was a request by the Florida Power Corporation that I be sent a copy of all communications. I continue to be the Washington attorney of record for-the Florida Power Corporation, This is to confinn that the Florida Power Corporation several years ago advised the AEC that Mr. Dunn was no longer Vice President and General Counsel of the Company.

Instead, the Vice President and General Counsel is Mr. Stanley Brandimore of the same' address. Also, Mr. Joel Rodgers is now an Assistant Vice President of the Florida Power Corporation.

I appreciate your taking time out of your busy schedule to personally arrange to have a copy of the letter from Dr. Morris to Mr. Rodgers delivered to me.

If there are ever any questions, 1

please do not hesitate to call me or my associates in this office.

Naturally Florida' Power Corporation is pleased to-be among the first to receive a determination by the Division of Reactor Licensing that the construction of its nuclear power project at Crystal River should not be suspenoed.

Sincerely yours, Roy B. Snapp cc: Mr. A. P. Perez, President, Florida Power Corporation Stanley Brandimore, Esquire, Vice President & General Counsel Mr. Joel.Rodgers, Assistant Vic,e President 8008260 N 7
