, filed with the Cocnission on August 10, 1967, including a Preliminary Safety Analysis Report in four volumes.
This complete Application was served on Mr. Ralph F.
Rooks, Chairman, Board of County Connissioners, Citrus County, Florida, in accordance with the provisions of the Commission's Regulations, Section 2.101(b).
Mr. Rooks is the Chief Execu-tive of Citrus County.

E. H. DUNN, JR., being first duly sworn, deposes and says that:
1 He is a Vice President and the Ceneral Counsel of Florida Power Corporation,101 Fif th Street South, St. Petersburg, Florida.
2 CY. August 25, 1967, pursuant to the provisions of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and the Atomic Energy Commission's Rules and Regulations proculgated thereunder, he did personally serve an executed, duplicate original copy of each of the following documents upon The Honorable Ralph F. Rooks, Chairman, Board of County Commissioners, Citrus County, Florida, who is the Chief Executive of Citrus County, Florida, said County being the situs for the construction involved in the Application herein referred to:
(a) Application for Licenses Under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 As Amended of Florida Power Corporation, dated August 10, 1967, as the same was filed with the Atomic Energy Commission on August 10,1967 (Docket Nos.
50-302 and 50-303); and (b) Florida Power Corporation Crystal River Units 3 and 4, Nuclear Gtnerating Plant Preliminary Safety Analysis Report, in four volumes.
