Your particular attention is invited to paragraph 4 in the letter to President Ford. Obviously an inpasse has been reached because of a lack of funds, and it is hoped that sone federal assistance nay be forthconing.
It is possible that the forner Atonic Energy Connission is awa*e of the construction of this plant. If you nave any infornation as to the possibility of sone Governnent assistance, will you be ;;ood enough to advise ne, so that I in turn nay transnit the information,to !!r. Artis.
