Dear Mr. Moseley:
In a telephone conversation of this date, I discussed with Mr. C. M.
Murphy, Chief, Facilities Test and Startup Branch in Atlanta, Georgia, my letter of May 21, 1973 in response to your letter of May.3,.1973 concerning reference inspection report. Pursuant to our telephone conversation, we are taking the following steps to maititain security at Oconee Nuclear Station:

Post a security guard at the building where No. 2 Unit fuel is temporarily stored, t

Transfer the fuel from the temporary storage building I
~ into the No. 2 Unit fuel storage pit.
We intend to have all of the nucicar fuel removed from this building by July 15, ~ 1973, 'and it will.no -longer be used for fuel storige. The perma-nent storage facility will comply with our security plan.
