Dear Dr. Morris:
This letter supplements my letter of October 18; 1971 which submitted the following documents in support of Duke Power Company's Application for Licenses for the Oconee Nuclear Station which is under construction pursuant to provisional construction permits CPPR-33, -34, and -35 issued by the Comission on November 6,1967:

Supplement to Environmental Quality Features of Keowee-Toxaway Project (Supplemental Environmental Report),0ctober, 1971.
2.
Request for the Issuance of an Operating License Authorizing Limited Power Operations, Unit No. 1, Docket No. 50-269.
3.
Statement by the Applicant Why the Construction Permits Should Not Be Suspended, Units 2 and 3, Docket Nos. 50-270, 50-287.
These documents should have been submitted under oath or affidavit.
