~ Duke Pouer Company -. Units 2 &'3 (Oconee Plant)
On 3-6-73 I received a ' call from Mr. Dick Mangrum, Nev2 Director for-
. Radio Station WSNW, Seneca, S.C in reference to a letter dated 2-13-73 to
-the Duke Power Co. re addl info needed'to update FES & support licensing of Units 2 & 3.
Mr. Mangrum seemed concerned about the second paragraph, 5th sentence....For c:: ample... I advised him I would return his call & try to answer his question. At this time I talked uith you. Uc discussed the question.
I returned Mr. Mangrum's call on 3-7-73 and explained the following:.
The AEC FES issued in March 1972 recotraended issuance of license to Unit 1.
I Ue are requesting addl info to update the. statement & support licensing of
. Units 2 & 3.
The addendum to the FES will update the need for power.
I asked Mr. Mangrum if he had a copy of the FES. He said he did..
I advised him to read Chapter X (Need For Power)
I told him to write to the AEC to request a copy of the addendum to the FES
'for Oconce when it becomes available. He said he would. He thanked me and seemed satisfied with our conversation.
