Michael S. Cafferty, Acting Assistant Secretary for Environment and Urban

Systems, concerning the environmental considerations for The Duke Power Company's Oconen Nuclear Station, South Carolina.
The concerned operating administrations of the Department of Transportation l.,
have reviewed the environmental considerations for the Oconee Nuclear s

It is the determination of this Department that the impact of this project upon transportation in minimal.
Other than to recommend issuance of the license and early construction of this project, no addi-tional comments are offered.
